Driving to Tulsa
I drove to Tulsa and went through a part of the country that has never before been seen by this pair of eyes.
Thanks to my friend Curt Fletcher I stopped in the Homeless Comic city of dreams.

The pride and purpose of a panhandler?
I thought one sign was enough but then I passed this one doing 80 and almost wrecked turning around on the country road. I couldn’t resist.
After miles and miles of nothing I was reminded that YES I am in Texas.

This was not a theme park exit.
And the final shot from my car before the sun set.
I made it into Oklahoma but it was late, dark and there was nothing to see anyway. I locked the doors and crashed in hotel parking lot praying that nothing worth writing about would happen. I didn’t…

I might miss the joke on the last picture, but the Leaning Tower is in Pisa, Italy and not France.

Not France

Yes, yes, yes we all know the Leaning Tower of Pisa is in Italy. And no I don’t ever get my countries and towers mixed up. What people don’t know is that France hates Italy because they both have towers that compete for popularity in the “7 Wonders of the World” competition. France has always felt a little better because the U.S. only has the Empire State Building. You see? It’s just a building, they like towers. Just wait, when word gets out to France the we have a building in the 7 Wonders category and a leaning tower to boot. They may try to claim some responsibility for French fries, even though there is nothing French about them.

I would just like to say that I was very entertained looking through your website. I think I would definately like to attend a live show, and perhapps figure out a way to get you in the area to perform! If it works for your schedule, look into the first weekend in February in central Minnesota. Let me know what you think. We would LOVE to have you perform at the Mille Lacs Ice Camp 2008! You can check it out online at www.dynastysites.com/freestyleexplorers/millelacsicecamp
Thanks again for the laughs!
