Merry Christmas to all… 6 of you’s.

They say “it’s the thought that counts”. Thats why today I called the people I love today and told them what I thought about getting them. :)

Well, it’s that time again. That special time when even our consumer culture kinda takes a day off to observe the ingrained traditions of our great Christian nation. I would be remiss if I didn’t take the time to write and wish you all of the best during this time of holy holidays, whichever you choose to celebrate. Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, the winter solstice or my favorite the anniversary of the day The Constitution of the Republic of China went into effect which is why Chinese restaurants stay open on Christmas in celebration of that fateful day in 1947.

Anywhoo, here is some exciting news I officially have a monthly column in an entertainment magazine which you should check out and subscribe to (IT’S FREE!) but you can read my article here in Nu Entertainment December 2007.

I’m in DC now getting ready to head to Richmond, VA but need to backtrack a little to set this up. When I was in Bristol, CT I learned from my friends the coolest new trend in stereotyping “Italians” or “Guido’s” as racists call them are being targeted as the latest victims of hilarious stereotyping AND it’s wrong… NOT to laugh. Here is a video I found on YouTube from a young man bringing back to our consciousness why Italians are white people worth laughing at. I give you Gino the Ginny. There is no connection between him and I but this shit made me laugh a little, and I hope it does you too! It’s my gift to you…

“I can’t hear you, they’re pumpin the megamix…” Maybe it’s just because I’m from the west coast and making fun of this kind of shit isn’t popular yet but it should be. Cultural stereotyping is what brings us together I think. This holiday season remind yourself what you find funny about yourself, make fun of your friends and laugh until you cry or just cry because you think it’s mean to make fun of people so we can laugh at you!

T’was the night before Christmas
and not at his house,
the Homeless Comic slept on a strange persons couch…

blah, blah, blah, something about clatter,
he leaped off the couch to see what was the matter.
He looked at his body and saw it was bare,
his clothes on the floor but he wasn’t scared.

He had a strange feeling St. Nick had been there…

I hope you are lucky enough to feel violated by something this holiday season, even if it’s just a local retailer. Long live The Constitution of the Republic of China!

I’m on my way to volunteer at a shelter…
